We had an amazing family experience at this charming hotel. The lovely courtyard provided a peaceful spot to unwind after exploring Palermo. Plus, the staff made our early check-in and airport transfers seamless, especially thanks to Jose's help. The beautiful garden room with a balcony was a delightful retreat.
My kids wished there were more activities for them on-site.

Perfect for couples looking for a cozy escape
The staff welcomed us with a handwritten note and a bottle of wine! Also, the breakfast was impressive. good selection and the view of the garden made it special.

missingWrote a review on May 12cozy roomgreat locationfriendly staffnoisy pathway
I had a lovely stay for 2 nights in a Superior Room. The bed was cozy, and the room had a charming feel. Staff provided outstanding recommendations for local restaurants and essentials like adaptors. The pool and garden area felt peaceful and well maintained. Breakfast offered a superb variety, including fresh fruits and delicious scrambled eggs. The only downside was the noise from the garden path. luggage rolling over the stones early in the morning was quite disturbing. It would benefit from a smoother walkway for guests. Overall, a fantastic spot despite the small disturbances.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. it allowed easy access to all the local spots in the neighborhood. The breakfast was a delightful surprise with an array of tempting pastries, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, providing personalized tips and recommendations that enhanced the stay. On a negative note, the bathroom amenities were somewhat limited, and the noise from the nearby streets was occasionally disruptive. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connection could be improved, as it was occasionally unreliable during my time there.

Stayed in a suite with a spiral staircase—super charming and quiet. My friends had a basic room that didn’t compare. The room was well-kept, with a nice ambiance that felt cozy. The only downside was that I think our friends' room wasn't as good. Overall, a pretty solid experience.

missingWrote a review on Mar 31peaceful courtyardconvenient locationdated bathrooms
The inner courtyard offers a peaceful retreat, a great spot to unwind from the city’s chaos. Close proximity to numerous restaurants and shops enhances the overall experience.
The breakfast options lacked variety, especially compared to similar hotels in the area. Our room felt dated and showed signs of wear, while the bathrooms desperately need a modern upgrade. they didn't match the images advertised online. The balcony, initially touted as a feature, turned out to be unusable, which was puzzling and disappointing.
